How it started

It began with Juliann and her grandma

Juliann's grandma, Joyce, has a full life: trips, friends, and grandkids, and a phone full of photos from all of it. She wanted those photos in a real book she could hold and pass around, but every photo book website seemed made for someone much younger.

So Juliann sat down with her and walked her through it, one patient step at a time. Joyce made her first book herself. That's when we realized how many grandparents would love to do the same, and how many other creative things are out of reach for the same reason.
