All products sold are digital products, specifically online video courses delivered through GoHighLevel. Course access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any course content in any form. All course content is the intellectual property of Frontier Enterprises and is protected by copyright law. Frontier Enterprises makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from completing our courses, as results will vary based on individual effort and skill level.
Age restrictions apply. Frontier Enterprises does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our Site, products, and services to minors. Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be removed from our database upon discovery. Any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed and access to the products concerned will be revoked.
By placing an order for products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years of age.
Prices are shown in US dollars. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.
If you wish to place an order for products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order, including without limitation your name, your email address, your country, your zip or postal code, and payment information. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Frontier Enterprises does not store or have access to your full card details.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card or other payment method in connection with any order; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide it to payment processing third parties for the purpose of completing your order.
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. Payment can be made through the methods available at checkout via Stripe, which may include major credit and debit cards and other online payment options. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the course, write to us at [email protected] within thirty days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not have to give a reason. This guarantee applies to the Click Here Grandma course sold at the price stated on the sales page at the time of your order.
Delivery of your course is made digitally to the email address you gave when placing your order. Please pay particular attention to the spelling of that address. Access instructions are sent as soon as payment is confirmed. If delivery fails, contact us at [email protected] and we will make sure you receive access to the product you bought.
Our course teaches you how to use Mixbook, a photo book printing service. Mixbook is a separate company. It is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Frontier Enterprises or Click Here Grandma in any way. Any cost of printing or shipping a physical photo book is paid by you directly to Mixbook and is not included in the price of the course. Mixbook may change its website, its prices, and its features at any time without notice to us.
This site is not a part of the Facebook or Instagram websites or Meta Platforms Inc. This site is NOT endorsed by Meta in any way. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are trademarks of Meta Platforms Inc.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. What counts as a material change is determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
